Non sapevo che la vitamina K2 fosse così importante nell'assorbimento della D3. Il mio medico mi aveva prescritto solo la D3, ma dopo aver letto questo articolo ho chiesto di aggiungere la K2. Ha confermato che è un'ottima combinazione per la salute delle ossa.

Articolo molto ben documentato. La sinergia tra K2 e D3 è fondamentale: la D3 promuove l'assorbimento del calcio, ma senza la K2 il calcio rischia di depositarsi nelle arterie invece che nelle ossa. Un'informazione che tutti dovrebbero conoscere.

La forma MK-7 della vitamina K2 è quella con la maggiore durata d'azione nel sangue. Il mio endocrinologo me l'ha prescritta insieme alla D3 per l'osteopenia e dopo un anno la densitometria ossea è migliorata. La sinergia tra queste due vitamine è davvero potente.
